PDPA

This Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) sets out the basis which Liontrust Group Private Limited, Lion Trust (Singapore) Limited, Liontrust Corporate Services Pte Ltd and Liontrust Enterprise Pte Limited (collectively referred to as “Liontrust Group”) may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of our customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). This Notice applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes.

PERSONAL DATA

As used in this Notice: “customer” means a person (individual, corporates or unincorporates) who (a) has contacted us through any means to find out more about any goods or services that Liontrust Group provide, or (b) may, or has, entered into a contract with us for the supply of any goods or services by us.

“personal data” means data, whether true or not, about a customer who can be identified: (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access.

Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, examples include name, address, email, contact number, identification number, nationality and date of birth.

COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

We generally do not collect your personal data unless it is provided voluntarily or required/permitted by law.

We may collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

performing obligations related to services
verifying your identity
handling requests and feedback
managing your relationship with us
processing payments
complying with laws and regulations
other purposes consented by you

WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

We may require time to process your request and inform you of consequences.

Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide services.

ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

You may request access or correction of your personal data by contacting us.

A reasonable fee may apply for access requests.

We aim to respond within 30 business days.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We implement administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect your data.

However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We retain personal data only as long as necessary or required by law.
